The goals of VBH-PA and HealthChoices program are:

• To improve access to health care services for MA recipients
• To improve the quality of care available to MA recipients
• To stabilize Pennsylvania’s MA spending

The Pennsylvania Service Center houses a full continuum of services starting with
Member and Provider Services, including Network Management and Provider
Relations, Utilization Management, Quality Management, Claims processing,
Finance, and Information Systems.
