HealthChoices Enrollment Program
MAXIMUS provides enrollment broker services for the Pennsylvania Medical Assistance program. This website provides information on health plans, doctors, health care services, enrollment and more. You can enroll if you have Medical Assistance and, either you were told by your County Assistance Office to enroll, or you got an enrollment packet in the mail.
