QUALITY MANAGEMENT WORK PLAN

The purpose of the HealthChoices Quality Management Work Plan is to provide a systematic method for achieving the goals and objectives of the HealthChoices Quality Management Program.  The Quality Management Work Plan governs the Quality Management functions of the HealthChoices Program for a period of one calendar year (i.e., January 1, 2007 through December 31, 2007) and is available for review.
